I would just like to state upfront that I am not receiving any compensation from FL95 for rec'ing so many of her stories. I just love them to death! Oh, and I did receive this from Jo on my FB page for my birthday and it totally made me squee! Love it! LMAO! Dickward FTMFW!

But, I digress, the reason I am rec'ing this fic is because it is the very first story by FL95 that I read. I saw it reviewed on Southern Fan Fiction Review & decided it was a must-read, and indeed it was. I had unknowingly discovered one of my favorite writers of Edwards (if that makes any sense), and she brings the funny, which I have been in desperate need of.

Cullen, Unscripted is a wonderfully real story, with amazing characters that you will fall in love with, just like I did. Edward is just a guy trying to get by on his own steam, without revealing & using his family ties to get ahead in his job. Hence the rather excellent & hilarious introduction to Bella of Edward Kuhmasen. It is a fantastic fic & I highly recommend reading it. You won't be sorry, I promise. Welcome to Team Kuhmasen!

And after all that, I would just like to state for the record that this is quite possibly the most amazing picture of Jackson Rathbone I have EVER seen! Why pull stupid smug faces when you're that gorgeous? Why, damnit, WHY?

My apologies to everyone that I missed the Light In The Dark segment this past Saturday. I was going to do it today instead, but then I remembered that I wanted to tell you about this fantastic new fic by FL95 that I started reading last week. It's only three chapters in so far, but I'm already hooked. In the author's own words, this is a little out of her comfort zone, but you couldn't tell it by me. It is well-written, gripping, draws you in immediately and her Edward is full of angst over having to return to a home that is not filled with happy memories and all I want to do is hold him (*cough* amongst other things *cough*) and make everything better for him. There is a really wonderful story being built here and I highly recommend getting in early, because it's going to be a great ride, just like every other one of this extremely talented author's fics. Enjoy!

Summary - All in the day of two broken people. Edward and Bella are in love, but they don't know how to treat each other the right way - both stuck in an abusive relationship because they don't want to be without the other. AH. Rated M.

So, this isn't your typical Edward/Bella fic. It contains abuse, both emotional and physical. It's the story of two very lost people who live in a vicious cycle of abuse. The fic was inspired by Eminem's music video, so that right here should tell you its dark.

With all that being said, this is a fantastic oneshot. It deals with the realism of an abusive relationship from both the male and female POV. We see that Edward grew up in an environment where his father beat his mother, and Bella moved out of a house where her own father drank. They were already both so broken before they even found one another.

 I'm a big fan of Crash Hale and her writing. This fic is no exception. If you can keep an open-mind and don't have trouble reading these kinds of stories, go and give this one a shot!  Leave her some love because she's said that she'll consider expanding this one if the response is positive. I for one would like to see how it all turns out. I'd honestly like to believe that E/B could turn this around.  It's fiction, it could happen!

I have made no secret of the fact that FL95 has fast become one of my favorite authors. I absolutely adore her writing... it has made me laugh during a time in RL that I was in desperate need of some laughter & upliftment, so yeah, I loves her. Her cursing Edwards make my day! :) Anyway, this window-washing Edward has some fantastic smoking hot fantasies about Bella & he makes sure to be very thorough when cleaning her office windows, just so he gets to gaze upon her a little longer. Run on over & check out this awesome o/s to see how it turns out. I loved it!

This o/s was a collab between FL95 & danielle123 for the "Sport of Love" contest over on The Writer's Coffee Shop. The characters in this o/s are epically funny (Emmett was my fave) & unlike any you've read. Trust me, this will definitely brighten your day. It certainly did mine. And just for the record, the Jasper in this story is INSANE! You have to read it to believe it. Classic!

Aaahh, Dickward... what a mighty fine man he is. He can out-curse any sailor, he can solve any case & he can get the not-so-easy girl, who almost drives him insane - with both lust and fury. It makes for a fantastic, suspenseful read with a great plot and enough humor to keep a big smile on your face. The dialogue between Edward & Bella is priceless. And don't let Dickward's tough exterior fool you, dude has a heart of gold (just don't tell him I told you that), as you will see time & again.
